What do you manufacture?
Single-sided aluminum PCBs for LED lighting. The same factory can fabricate the board, run SMT on LED / aluminum boards, or coordinate both under one quote.
Do you only make bare aluminum PCBs?
No. Bare-board fabrication is the core work. SMT assembly and turnkey purchasing are available when the project is an LED aluminum board. Complete lamps, housings, and driver boxes are not.
Is this a fit for my project?
It fits LED lighting manufacturers who need bulk or repeat supply on common aluminum PCB specs. It is not a fit for multilayer FR-4, flex, general consumer-electronics PCBA, or one-off experimental boards outside usual LED ranges.
What is the typical lead time?
Typical production is about 5–15 days depending on quantity and the production schedule. Peak periods can run longer. Sample and mass-production dates are given as a range and locked after the files are reviewed.
Can I get samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Samples can be produced and approved before mass production so thickness, finish, and process details stay the same on the repeat run. There is no fixed MOQ; quantity is quoted from the files.
What should I send for a quote?
Send Gerber files, quantity, and basic board notes such as thickness and surface finish if you already know them. If you also need SMT, include the BOM and say which parts you will supply. We reply within 1 business day.
Do you assemble complete lamps?
No. Work stops at the aluminum PCB and SMT on that board. Fixtures, lenses, housings, and driver-box builds are outside the scope.
How do I choose fabrication, SMT, or turnkey?
Use fabrication if you only need the bare aluminum board. Use SMT assembly if the board is ready or you only need LED mounting. Use turnkey if the board, SMT, and optional parts should sit on one purchasing path. If you are unsure, send the files and we will say which path fits.
