Is this aluminum PCB suitable for mass production and repeat orders?
Yes. We mainly serve large-volume customers. Our monthly capacity reaches 150,000 square meters, and larger orders benefit from more competitive unit pricing.
What is the typical lead time for aluminum PCB bulk orders?
For regular bulk orders above 50 square meters, lead time is about 7 days in the off-season and 1520 days in peak season, depending on production scheduling. Small orders are usually 5 days (off-season) or around 10 days (peak season).
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We recommend producing samples before mass production. The sampling process follows the same manufacturing steps as bulk production, with CNC routing used for panel separation.
What information is required to get a quotation?
Gerber files, order quantity, and basic specifications such as board thickness are required to prepare an accurate quotation.
Are the materials and specifications stable for long-term supply?
Yes. We work with stable material suppliers. Standard copper thickness is 12 microns, and common board thickness ranges from 0.6 mm to 1.4 mm.
